conversation// inspiration

 

I have always lived in 'the state of or' , not choosing, travelling and learning from others as a way of resolving the divide. But as I look into the open sea, I realize that it is in fact in these liminal states where I find the greatest joy.  It is in conversation with others and with life itself that I feel complete.

Why should I limit myself only to my experiences if I want to savor all the beauty and the mysteries of this life?  I want to be illuminated,  shocked, corrected, changed by others, all the others I can meet. ​ I want to meet all of life's teachers, those people who move us to go beyond what we think we’re capable of.

People who inspire us are the ones we need and should want in our lives. I have met quite a few of these teachers, and now I am sharing what I have heard with you. Perhaps, like me, you will find the inspiration you didn't know you needed.
